This piece is made to order in Poland with a 3-4 month lead time and is available in multiple fabric and/or leather options, with a wide range of sizes and/or configurations to suit your space.

ah-bohd Home Store wishes to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Our goal is to process and package your in-stock items quickly and efficiently.

This item is a custom order piece, and we will need additional time to make your selection. Please get in touch with us for the most up-to-date lead time for this item.

We have decided to only offer local pick-up for most of our in-stock products and complimentary local white glove delivery and setup within our delivery radius. Our complimentary delivery and setup are available to customers within a 3-hour drive from our store, including Toronto and Ottawa. We will happily quote shipping and delivery outside our complimentary delivery radius at sales@ah-bohd.ca.

If you are happy to wait for your item, you can add it to your cart. We'll charge your credit card and ship it to you as soon as it's available. We will always inform you about expected delivery dates or unexpected delays throughout the fulfillment process. For specific availability information, please email sales@ah-bohd.ca.

Alternatively, if you have a specific timeline, please contact us before placing your order.

We will always do everything to ensure delivery is within the shortest possible timeframe.

*Please note that you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel and receive a full refund if the timescale does not fit your schedule. Twenty-four hours after placing your order, we cannot revoke or refund your purchase even if we experience additional unexpected delays.

Curbside Pickup

Most in-stock items at our brick-and-mortar location will be available for pickup within 4 hours of order placement. Please note that the cut-off time for same-day pickup is 3 p.m. When placing your order after 3 p.m., we cannot guarantee same-day service, and your order will be ready the following day when we reopen.

Please bring your confirmation # or email with a valid piece of ID to collect your purchase. [ ah-bohd ] Home Store will include further instructions for managing your pickup in the confirmation email.

In-Store Availability

Most in-stock products on our website are available for immediate purchase at [ah-bohd] Home Store. Select lighting, furniture, and rugs are also available in-store for immediate purchase. [ ah-bohd ] Home Store has constantly evolving vignettes with an exclusive collection of products at our brick-and-mortar location.

Many large-scale items on ah-bohd.ca may be available for viewing in our showroom and are considered floor models. They show stock availability on our website. Many of our floor models are only for limited time purchase from the floor, but if you see a floor model you like, we will be happy to order you a new one. 

Alternatively, we offer floor model sales randomly throughout the year, where you can pick up that favourite find for a great deal.
