At ah-bohd Home Store, we are committed to providing a seamless and personalized shopping experience. While we do not offer online shopping through our website, we are happy to assist you in purchasing items for in-store pickup or delivery. If you want an item shipped, please get in touch with us at sales@ah-bohd.ca to discuss options. We offer shipping on a case-by-case basis.
Complimentary Delivery & Setup We proudly offer complimentary white-glove delivery and setup to most Canadian locations within a 3.5-hour radius of our showroom. This service includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Please request a custom quote if you require delivery outside of this radius.
Shipping & Delivery Options

In-Store Pickup: Free local pickup is available for most in-stock products. Please wait for a confirmation email before coming to our showroom at 5567A Highway 62 to collect your order.

White-Glove Delivery: Our free local and long-distance white-glove delivery service is available for qualifying locations within our 3.5-hour radius. Additional fees for complex deliveries, difficult access points, or extended distances may apply.

Shipping Requests: If you require shipping beyond our standard delivery radius, we will provide a shipping quote upon request.
Lead Times

Standard Lead Times: If in stock, most items take approximately 1-8 weeks to arrive at our warehouse from our vendors. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 72 hours with an estimated in-stock date.

Gus Modern Lead Times*: In-stock Gus* Modern items typically arrive at our warehouse within 2-14 days. We will provide an estimated restock date within 72 hours if an item is unavailable.

Rush Delivery: If an item is in stock and you require rush delivery, please contact sales@ah-bohd.ca. We can usually have the item in our warehouse within 2-3 business days.
Important Delivery Information

Oversized & Heavy Items: Some large or heavy items may only be delivered to the main floor entry for liability reasons. Please review the product dimensions and weight before purchasing.

Pre-Delivery Preparation: Ensure walkways are clear, and the delivery space is prepared. We do not move existing furniture to accommodate new items.

Inspection Upon Delivery: We recommend inspecting all delivered items before the delivery team departs. If you have any concerns, address them immediately.

Order Notes: When placing your order, please inform us of any delivery challenges (e.g., no elevator, stair-only access) to ensure smooth delivery.

Size Considerations: Before placing an order, verify that items will fit through doorways, hallways, and stairwells. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit into their intended space.
Limitations & Exclusions

We do not offer art installation or lighting fixture installations.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges on items that cannot be delivered due to size constraints.
